We crunched some numbers to find out how many people we served since 2019. According to a customer survey performed by Bright Kitchen, 41.8% of our customers are regular meat eaters. We did the math and calculated how many meat-eaters we served per year. See below the number of non-vegetarians/vegans we convinced that vegan can be just as delicious as the original (if not more so).
